Project Management
The division of Project Management sees to it that projects fulfil the specified goals by co-ordinating requests, implementation and the contribution of the participants in the venture.
The staff of the Project Management Division of EFLA provide wide-ranging consulting, either concerning supervision and organization of the whole project or about specific factors. The division’s responsibility may include direct project management, feasibility studies, needs analysis, costing and planning, preparation of tender material, contracts and project supervision.
Based on decades of experience Project Management also carries out other services, such as improvement and maintenance of construction.
In addition EFLA offers specialised consulting service for firms and institutions based on the motto: "From goals to results!" Performance management is a part of the Company’s image, emphasising clear and measurable goals implemented to produce the desired results.
