Northern Iceland

In October 2009, EFLA opened its new office in Akureyri, the largest town in Northern Iceland, thereby strengthening its service in the region.

Eastern Iceland

EFLA has operated a subsidiary in the east of Iceland since 1997. The unit is a part of the Industry Market Division. The services mainly revolve around design of electrical systems in cooperation with other consulting engineers and architects in the region. Five specialists operate three offices, two of which are linked to Verkfræðistofa Austurlands Consulting Engineers. The offices are at Búðareyri 2, 730 Reyðarfjörður (main office), at Hafnargata 28, 710 Seyðisfjörður and Kaupvangur 5, 700 Egilsstaðir.

Reykjanesbaer

EFLA runs a subsidiary in the community of Reykjanesbær (SW-Iceland) that comprises
i.a. the towns of Keflavík, Njarðvík, Garður and Sandgerði. The unit is a part of the Industry Market Division. The services include design of electrical systems, lighting technology and supervision. The office is at Hafnargata 36, 230 Reykjanesbæ.
