Situs ehf has after a tender process chosen to sign the contract regarding the new hotel project in the East Harbour with Efla Consulting Engineers. Efla will work on the project together with the German partners; PKF Hotel Experts, Werner Nieder Immobilien and Zublin. The local architekt office of the team is TARK with backup if needed from Arrowstreet in Boston.

The team has to work on a feasibility study for the porject, produce documents and broshures to use by introduction of the project to potential investors and operators. Find those and finalice an aggreement between those and the land owner and development company Situs ehf.

The work shall be finished in late autumn 2010. The project manager is Hafsteinn Helgason and his debuty is Ingi Ingason.

This project web is a closed one and only to be used by the team and Situs. Under the chapter documents, each project partner has a working space to use.
